Betraying its chic, minimalist appearance, this brilliant bottle holds miracles. So much more than a hair treatment, OLAPLEX’s three-step ritual is a system that permanently rebuilds the damaged disulphide bonds in your hair – which are compromised as a result of colouring, heat styling and everyday wear and tear.
A once-a-week at home treatment, this silky fluid reforms shattered hair bonds in between your salon or styling sessions, so you can carry on maintaining your favourite hair colour and style without the worry of damaging your locks beyond repair.
The star ingredient is bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate – sounds science-y but it will strengthen and repair damage post-colouring, bleaching or heat styling (or even if you’ve never tainted your locks with colour or tongs!) Use as a leave-in, overnight treatment or as a luxe 10-minute pre-wash treatment and see the incredible results for yourself.
Step 1 - Spray First, Then Comb
When using a product that comes in a spray bottle, one way to apply it is to saturate hair with the product and then comb the product through. This ensures all strands get coated instead of the product sitting atop a few strands of hair. When spritzing hair with product, be careful to only apply one spritz per section. If you add too much product it will stiffen and dry out hair.
Step 2 - Massage the Product into Your Hair
Need extra staying power? Some stylists swear by massaging a spray product, foam, or gel into the strands. This ensures the hair really gets coated. While you're at it, try giving your scalp some love and feel the tension just melt away.

Hands down the best SPF I’ve ever used, no wonder it keeps selling out. It’s lightweight and doesn’t leave a white cast at all, sits really nice under makeup, leaving my Hair healthy and glowy. It has a slight scent, but I find it refreshing!

Definitely a great budget-mid price range option. It's very moisturising and rubs in very easily and I use 3 full finger lengths. No white cast is left and this makes it easy to apply over light makeup. It is very shiny and gives a dewy finish so if you do not like that, I wouldn't recommend this product. Overall, very impressed with this high SPF sunscreen.
