At Beauty Ethic, we accept all major credit & debit cards via a secure online payment transaction, including Visa Card & Master Card.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only in UAE. However, we are working so hard to make it available all over the GCC to deliver the best journey to our beloved Beauty Ethic family.

If your payment has failed to process, there might be a problem with your payment method. In this case, check your payment information and try again, or add a new payment method. If you are still getting a failed message, check with your bank or credit card issuer.

Beauty Ethic advises you to contact your bank directly to solve your payment issues.

Your payment and transaction details are directly handled by secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your credit/debit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank.

After you add items to your shopping bag,

• You will find "Enter Promo-Code." At the bottom of the checkout screen.
• Enter your Beauty Ethic Promo Code.
• Select Apply.

Try to check the promo code conditions; as promo codes apply in specific activities, destinations, and certain periods.
If you are still getting an error message, check whether the below applies to you.

• Promo code has already been used, Beauty Ethic promo codes are one-time use only, so if you have already used the code, it won’t work again.
• The promo code has been typed incorrectly. Ensure to type the code exactly as it is.
• The promo code has expired. Before using the code, check the expiry date.
